Hookah Tips

We at Hookah4U wish to make your hookah smoking experience as fun and easy as possible, so here are some useful tips for pleasant and easy usage:

1. Make sure that your hookah is sealed and that no air can enter from where the parts of your hookah join together. Most hookahs that aren't producing thick smoke are just not sealed properly.

2. Do not put too much tobacco in the bowl and don't squeeze it either. It must be airy so that the steam can easily pass through the bowl into the glass base. Crumble the tobacco with your fingers or charcoal holder.

3. You might want to try replacing the water in the base with milk. Milk makes the smoke thicker and smoother.

4. Try mixing flavors. For example, combine apple and cherry tobacco to create an alternative flavour. Be creative!

5. When lighting the charcoal, try to do it outdoors or by the window so that your room doesnt fill up with smoke.

6. Let the charcoal rest on the aluminium foil for a few minutes before starting to smoke. This gives the tobacco time to heat up, meaning your smoke will be smooth and thick from the beginning.

7. You can put some ice in the water, but it is recommended that this is done after water has been added. This way your smoke will be thicker and your smoking experience will be smoother and more enjoyable.

8. When piercing the aluminium foil sheets, make sure the holes are very small. A toothpick is the perfect size for this.

9. Put the tobacco in a sealed container so that it won't lose its flavor.

10. If your tobacco begins to get a little bit dry, add a little honey and mix well . Do it with tongs or your fingers. This will allow the tobacco to burn slower and means that you can avoid the harsh taste that comes from smoking dry tobacco.

11. Adding alcohol like wine or vodka to the water can be good at parties. But be careful - adding too much may get you higher than expected.

12. To avoid accidents, don't pull on the hose until you have checked that it can reach your mouth without pulling on the hookah. Many hookahs have been broken and carpets burned due to carelessness.
